Properties with Invalid Gas Certificates during Reporting Period

During the quarter, 1 property was serviced 20 days past its anniversary date without sufficient access attempts prior to this. It is a recent new build that was set up under Tameside but operationally covered by North. The gas‑servicing automated script was not updated to reflect this arrangement resulting in the gas‑service job being automatically allocated to the wrong region. Once identified, this was manually rectified. Although other properties of this nature currently have valid compliance checks, a system review of all workstreams is underway to prevent any properties managed across regions from falling outside of automated workflows in future.
